At Buta Axom, our mission is to preserve and celebrate the rich heritage of Assamese handloom by bringing authentic handcrafted creations to people across India and around the world. Based in Sivasagar, we connect skilled rural artisans with customers who value timeless craftsmanship.

Every Mekhela Sador, Saree, and Home Linen piece is handwoven on traditional looms using premium Assam Silk, Eri Silk, pure Cotton, and Cotton blends. By working directly with our weaving communities, we ensure fair livelihoods for artisans while delivering authentic, high-quality handloom products to our customers.
