Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during transit
- The item received is different from what was ordered
- We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Documentation Required for Returns
To process your return quickly and fairly, we require the following depending on your situation:
- Manufacturing defect: Please share clear photographs of the product clearly showing the defect at the time of contacting us.
- Damaged during transit: Please share an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted for transit damage.
- Wrong item received: Please share a photograph of the item received along with the packaging label.
Without the required documentation, we may be unable to process your return request.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on our part (including wrong item sent), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For any other accepted return, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet.

- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item once received, in accordance with our Return Policy above.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
